SEA WORLD — SHARK WRECK REEF
Renowned sea life artist Guy Harvey has created an original mural for Sea World’s new Shark Wreck Reef. The 16′ x 24′ signature mural features a Mako shark in its undersea environs to highlight the newest attraction, Mako, a state-of-the-art steel hypercoaster. Harvey painted the mural on site at Sea World Orlando.
Guy Harvey is a world famous marine wildlife artist whose love of the ocean traces back to his early years fishing and diving with his father in the Caribbean island of Jamaica. Born in Germany and schooled in England and Scotland, Harvey pursued his education in marine biology. His artistic talent, though self-taught, has depth and authenticity due to his lifelong fascination with the sea.
Shark Wreck Reef is Sea World’s newest area with its centerpiece Mako roller coaster. Guy Harvey‘s mural is a key adornment to this exciting park reimagining. Come visit Sea World soon to see this famous artist’s colorful masterpiece and take a wild ride on the hypercoaster, Mako.
