CITYWALK — JIMMY BUFFETT’S MARGARITAVILLE — A TROPICAL OASIS
“Changes in latitudes, changes in attitudes…”
Escape to the islands at Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville in Universal Orlando’s CityWalk. Enjoy the laid back ambience of this casual Caribbean restaurant and its three themed bars. Or choose to dine al fresco for a bit of people watching. Take in the island tunes of their nightly entertainment. And visit their Smuggler’s Hold gift shop for all things Parrothead… including that “lost shaker of salt”!
If you’re a Jimmy Buffett fan, you’ll recognize the use of his song lyrics everywhere. There are three bars with familiar names… LandShark Bar, 12 Volt Bar and Volcano Bar. By the way, the Volcano Bar erupts Margaritas throughout the day and evening! Outdoor dining is on the Porch of Indecision. Across the way is the Lone Palm “Airport” with Jimmy’s seaplane, named the Hemisphere Dancer, as a centerpiece. Here you can lounge at the Tiki Bar and let your kids play at Parakeet Beach.
The menu is Caribbean and Key West influenced, dubbed “Floribbean”. The Shrimp Trio features grilled blackened shrimp, sautéed island lime shrimp and crispy coconut shrimp. Or try Jimmy’s Jammin’ Jambalaya, LandShark Lager Fish & Chips, Beach Tacos or the signature Cheeseburger in Paradise.
Chocolate lovers will love their Chocolate Hurricane for dessert… vanilla bean ice cream with brownies, Kit Kat & Heath Bars, pirouette & shortbread cookies, sliced bananas, macadamia nuts & whipped cream… swirled tableside with chocolate & caramel sauces.
Of course, you can’t visit Margaritaville without trying their margaritas… over ten to choose from including… Who’s to Blame, Last Mango in Paris, Fins to the Left and Feelin’ Hot, Hot, Hot. Or choose from a variety of Boat Drinks like… Tranquil Waters, Incommunicado and Bahama Mama. After all, “It’s 5 O’Clock Somewhere”… Enjoy!
